If someone can explain the differences between using video track or media player ?

What are the best practises.

depends on the need… you can even combine the two of them… three of them (because mediaplayer module can be Global)

All depends what you want to acchieve.

Media Player can be used in between Songs for instance. Tracks are bound to a Song, Media Player (in global Part) is entirely independent which can serve multiple usecases.

@musicullum is there such feature in the long-list to opt-in auto play-trigger (on module-gui) at song-end? Simplifying….like “auto-pushing” PLAY btn for song-inbetween-media-usage?

It does, yes meanwhile needs user to create a [track+clip+event] for each song even if the -e.g. wish.mp4- needed to be used for one gig or rarely (had been there).

My ultra simplified Pseudo:

• Song#1-EndAction “next song” initiating, that also listened by

• the “new GblMediaMod option: “[listen to song-change-proc] && [trigger-play at song change]”

• Song#2 is loaded in the background and standing by

• Song#2 PLAY init. that is listened by GblMediaMod’s new-option

• [unPLAY initiated in GblModule to stop-media]
