"View Switches" toolbar missing in Cubase 5

I don’t have to have the “View Switches” toolbar in Cubase 5 that I can find. I’m using Cubase 5.5.3

1. I right clicked on the main toolbar to show the list of all toolbars and and I didn’t see it
2. I right clicked and opened the “Setup” menu for toolbars and didn’t see it anywhere under Visible or Hidden

I’ve reset defaults, etc. Any ideas? I’m trying to bring up the Info Line, but the only way I know how is with that toolbar
