after upgrade of VST Live Elements to Pro the installation of VST Viewer was tricky.
You need to get the Viewer ONLY from the VST product Web Page (scroll down to ‘get Viewer’) and do the download.
This causes a new installation of Steinberg Download Assistant and now you install the VST Viewer.
Any installation before (done with Download Assistant) does not pull the license for Viewer.
