visual glitch with playback cursor

Sometimes half of the playback cursor dissapears. Sometimes it dissapears totally.
It happens at pause and also while on playback. The cursor comes back when I toggle lower zone on and off.
It happens at random times.

Update to the latest Cubase 10.0.20, please.

I updated to 10.0.20 now but still the same glitch. It happens also on small projects when there is not heavy load on CPU. On average it happens in every ~10 minutes. It started about a half year ago.
