Vital to choose the right project first time re. VSTAudioEngine release of CPU and RAM

Seems to be vital to choose the correct project first time as immediately cancelling one you started to open in error by selecting Close Project will take some time to return you to the hub. My task manager shows a VSTAudioEngine reluctant to release CPU and Memory the latter two tending to increase rather than decrease for a few minutes after selecting Project Closure. Eventually the Dorico hub reappears but if you’re busy it can be rather annoying. The Dorico bar in the Windows 10 task manager sits calmly at % CPU and 354…4 MB of ram throughout but the VSTAudioEngine can reach as high as 27% of CPU and 50% of ram before the Dorico hub reappears. Just something to be aware of. Think before you double click to open a project.
