If you’re asking, it’s maybe because you already tried transposing the whole piece and it didn’t work?
Unfortunately, at the moment this tool is limited when multiple key signatures are involved, and it can’t handle everything at once if two keys require different types of transposition — for example, in your case C major needs to be transposed to A major (down a minor third), while F# major needs to be transposed to Eb major (down an augmented second).
If that’s the case, you can transpose section by section, carefully.
Alternatively, you can duplicate the full score layout and apply a transposition override like this (for the piano and the voice).
Advantage: it transposes everything at once and correctly. No problem with plenty of different key signatures.
Drawback: the piece isn’t really transposed (playback will still be in the original key)
