Note. The option: Automation follows the event is well enabled.
I just tested in Pro Tools and it is the same. However, this demonstrates the weakness of Cubase which does not have an effective gain clip (with positive and negative modification, and level information). I chose Cubase as the main DAW, but this problem is really huge.
