I recently upgraded my MACBook pro to the latest operating system and now I’m having volume issues. If I play music on iTunes, YouTube, etc it’s as one volume level. When I open Cubase E9 project the volume opens at full blast. I then adjust the volume down. If I close the project and open another it goes back to full volume. When I close Cubase and open iTunes, etc it goes full blast again. Has anyone experienced this? Not good for the ears when it takes u by suprise. Not sure how to correct it. BTW, it only happens when I’m using MAC without my Steinberg preamp.

Do you mean the very latest macOS 10.13 High Sierra? This is not officially supported yet.
What do you mean by to Volume change? Does even the Volume slider change its position in the System Preferences?
