Volume effect

Hi there…

I have a drum recording where I have a snare drum roll that I want to go from real soft to loud. I have seen some effect that uses a simple trend line to have this occur automatically…

Can someone please assist me on what to use and where to find it?

I have Cubase LE 5

Jetta: I do it like this if your talking about Midi Drum recording

  1. Hi Lite your drum track

  2. Double left click it to open the “DRUM EDITOR”

PS: If your drums are on an "AUDIO TRACK’’ or tracks,
using the split tool to cut up the tracks and lower volumes is
the only way I know of. I don’t know about the “EFFECT” your
talking about. Maybe others can help here

PPS: I use Tootracks Superior Drummer 2.0 alot.
There’s a great Snare Drum Roll that’s easy to edit in that program :smiley: :smiley: :smiley:
