VST Amp Rack - Guitar Direct into Steinberg UR22C - Effects not being picked up

Hi all,
So as above, guitar plugged directly into soundcard, VST Amp Rack loaded as a track, but can’t get it to work. Just the clean guitar sound through the monitors? The "Event Received Indicator " is not lighting up in the Amp Rack (I assume it should), and in the Configuration tab in the Amp Rack, I’m getting “No configuration for mono tracks” showing. Which I assume may be the problem?
Pretty new to this, so any help gratefully accepted.

Regards,
Lee

Hi,
there’s a knob on your UR that let’s you adjust the level of direct monitoring. Please switch it clockwise from “Input” to “DAW” in case you haven’t already done so and check if this is the culprit

And don’t forget to enable the “Monitor” button.
In your screenshot it isn’t.

Hi Reco 29.

Tried that unfortunately. The sound from the guitar reduces turning the knob on the UR towards DAW, which I assume is because the “Event received indicator light” on the Amp Rack is not lit up, so not actually live. If that makes sense?
Thanks for the response though, much appreciated. Something to bear in mind when I get it working.
Cheers,
Lee

Hi Funkster 1.

The monitor button (I now know -said I was knew to this) is located under the (S-Solo button) in the Inspector Tab, it won’t switch on in here. It’s also located next to individual tracks, or it is next to an audio track see first screen shot, but not next to the effects (Amp) track. Screen shot 2?
Thanks also for the reply. It’s two baby streps forward, one back getting into Cubase. It’s another world for me. Thank god for you lot on the forum.

Put the amp rack directly on an audio track insert that your guitar is going into.
FX track is for send FX.

Hi Grim,
How do i do that? I followed a tutorial for adding the rack to a track to play directly into.
