It’s been a few months, and I have not been able to login to VST Connect Pro and Performer. Everyone I try to login it says “SSO login failed.” not just on my computer but on my clients computer as well when using performer.
Please update to version 5.6, there is no more login. You need to click the !ID! item in the Studio and pass the number shown to the Performer to enter and connect.
Where do you get the number from for the Key?
I’m using performer right now, I clicked on ID and it doesn’t provide me and numbers for the Key.
Only the VST Connect Cubase/Nuendo plugin has the ID button. The number provided then needs to be transfered to the Performer side (phone, mail etc), who enters it in the VST Performer app, and then clicks connect.
Hi! You need to get the latest pre-release (from October) for both your Cubase end and also the Performer, do you have both parts of the connection using this? See link below. Then as noted in the thread, you can generate a code (you get a new one each time you yourself connect Cubase to VST Connect servers) that you share by chat or email or phone to the performer. Working for me last time I checked..
