VST Connect - How to log in?

I’m trying to use the login thing at VST Connect.
But how to create an account?

My Steinberg account, you need to pay if you want pro features.

Thx, I’ve already the pro version.
Unfortunately I’m not able to use it because an error message appears that I should reinstall it.
But that doesn’t help.
I’ve contacted the support…

Hi,

… are you working with “Plug-In Collections” - created with the “Plug-In Manager”. Be sure that the all VST Connect Plug-Ins are listed in those collections. Has this helped?
