VST connect performer - cant log in - LTE 4G internet

Im using 4G LTE mobile internet. When I use my slow ADSL internet connection I can log in with no problem and then I switch to the new internet it says “cant connect”.

My ADSL intenret download/upload is 13/1.5, and the 4G is 70/12.
I dont have VST connect pro, if that makes a difference.

Any ideas how to handle this situation?

I used VPN and solved the problem.

… it’s working with VPN now? Strange.
