Vst connect pro 4 not visible

Greets,
I just purchased VST connect pro 4 & upraded to 10.5 from Cubase 8.5. Once both installed, I rebooted, opened empty session, went to “vst cloud” and no “vst connect 4” option.

reinstalled, rebooted, same thing. checked plugin manager and only has “vst connect SE” option.
Even downgraded to vst Conn pro version 4.0.20…and nothing

Please help, need to keep clients happy :astonished::astonished::astonished::musical_note::notes::musical_keyboard:

Did you activate the license? Post a screenshot of your elicenser please.

You have to activate the VST Connect license.
