Hallo an alle VST Connect Pro User!
Ich habe aktuell die Version 4.0.44 in Cubase Pro 10.5.20.
Bei meiner letzten Sitzung mit einem Performer wollte ich in VST Connect im Register “Manager” die HD Dateien herunterladen…
Dabei stürzte Cubase total ab!
Auch nach ENDE dieser Sitzung stürzt nun JEDESMAL Cubase ab, sobald ich auf das Register “Manager” wechsle.
Alle meine Versuche, VST Connect zu “Resetten”, bzw. die Dateieinträge zu killen waren erfolglos.
Auch eine De- und Neuinstallation von VST Connect Pro brachte nix.
Am 14.Juli habe ich mich mit diesem Problem an den Steinberg Support gewendet, aber bisher keine Antwort, vermutlich wegen Überlastung.
Vielleicht hat hier im Forum jemand eine Idee?

Hello to all VST Connect Pro users!

During my last session with a performer I wanted to download the HD files in the “Manager” tab of VST Connect…
Cubase crashed completely!
Even after this session is over, EVERY time I switch to the “Manager” tab, Cubase crashes.
All my attempts to “reset” VST Connect or kill the file entries were unsuccessful.
Even uninstalling and reinstalling VST Connect Pro didn’t help.
On July 14th I contacted the Steinberg support with this problem, but no answer so far, probably because of overload.
Maybe someone here in the forum has an idea?
