I bought VST Connect pro. I am using Cubase 12 Pro. Only “VST Connect SE” appears under the VST Cloud menu. I reinstalled VST Connect Pro multiple times. Only “VST Connect SE” appears in the Plug-In Manager window. I cannot reach VST Connect Pro.
How we can solve this problem? Thank you.

you need to activate your VST Connect Pro license on your USB dongle and this one needs to be connected to your computer.

I have already updated my Elicenser software and reactivated my VST Connect Pro license. Then I also tried reinstalling VST Connect Pro. The problem is still ongoing.

… that’s what I thought. This “VST Connect Pro” is not a “VST Connect Pro 5” license. Have you bought an update? Then you should have received an “Activation Code”. The eLicenses Control Center has a menu : “File / Actions / Enter Activation Code…”
