VST Connect SE - Runtime Error!

Greets All,

I did a new install of Cubase 7 on a Laptop Windows 8 64bit. When I fire it up it is giving me an error when VST Connect SE shows up at the star tup flash screen.

A Pop Up comes with this Error:

R6036
Runtime Error!
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

If I click OK the system continues to load and works ok.
