The problems return

Thank you for contacting the Steinberg support!
Login via MySteinberg account in VST Connect was disabled on October 6, 2025, for security reasons. It is currently unclear whether this function will be available again in the future. Please use the original login method via ID Login with Key instead.
We recently published an article about this in the Help Center:
VST Connect: Log-in now only possible with key numbers
You can find more information in the manual:

→ Page 14, section 3.2.2.
The option described under 3.2.1 is no longer available. The “Key” login method is described in section 3.2.2.
