VST connections: ability to freely move input order

the order in which i set up input assignments determines how the inputs show up in the mixing window.
when adding inputs later, the order is often not visually sensible.
either make it possible to re-order the inputs in VST connections (drag and move up/down) or enable moving INput channels within the mixer window.(a request for this as a general functionality for all channels in the mixer exists)
