I keep getting an error message right in the middle of basic recording. A box pops up that says VST Connection has been inactivated due to too many receive errors? I think that’s how it’s worded. What is causing this and How do I stop it? It happens right in the middle of recording something and freezes the recording.

What Audio Device do you use? It seems the driver is not very stable.
How about providing the complete and real (not what you think) eror message?
Do you have VST Systemlink enabled?
