Whether Cubase is in Play mode or not, the VST HALion 6 takes more than one minute and thirty seconds to appear on the screen.

Sorry, This was not a Cubase or Halion problem.
I discovered this morning that the cause of this interminable time for the Halion plugin to open was due to a cumulative update for Windows 11 and NET Framework.
The moral of the story, don’t forget to discontinue system updates when working with Cubase.
