I bought vertigo cello form steinberg vst instruments, I got the licence activate
but cubase artist 11 don’t reconize the plug in in vst list

If you add HALion Sonic SE instrument can you find it there?
yes I see it in the list
It appears In steinberg library manager, but not on cubase when I try to add in managed the vst
