I Just love “fixing issues only” releases 
Win uninstall / reinstall & restarts might also do a lot around 2.1.3-4-5 => 2.1.6
I was struggling with no-reason idle state cpu peaks with recent versions incl. v2.1.6 until finally tried a fresh install. Now phenomenon seems wanished. I got back about 35%-50% CPU resources (!)
