Every time I use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move up 1 song or down 1 song the cursor goes into an eternal spin. The only way to make it stop is to shutdown VST and restart it.
Hello, Same issue in 2.2.100, mouse arrow don’t stop spinning anyway, you have the impression that vst2 is loading the project to infinity.

Confirm. Made 3 songs and from third going up with arrow key, it stucks on second song and don’t react on up/down arrow keys anymore. But at that time the left/right arrow keys are working and can switch between songs (between parts).
Mouse click still works as it should, only the cursor is spinning and… it’s annoying ![]()
Sadly it’s not fixed in 3.0.32. Just remember to use mouseclick rather than arrow keys ![]()
I reverted back to 3.0.30, because of the issues with pre count and mixer.
I hope it will be fixed in 3.0.33. Very annoying. On the stage cannot use mouse while talking with audience. I press arrow keys.
@Spork, can you put this on to-do list for one of the next pre-releases, please?
I upgraded to version 3.0.32 and the issue with the cursor constantly spinning is even worse. If I use the keyboard arrow keys to move from 1 song to the next the cursor goes into a constant spin, but now VST moves to the next song as far as the chords and tracks goes, but it does not load the stacks and layers for that song and it thinks it is still on the previous song. (See screenshot below). I don’t remember having this issue in 3.0.30.
Hello,
I upgraded to VL3.0.33 and still the spinnig cursor issue is on (with no way to stop)….and also that the arrow keys are not usable isn´t nice (in win 11 - did not check it on a macbook).
That should be repaired soon…please. ![]()
Up/Down arrows are for navigating through parts. This makes neverending spinning cursor.
Left/Right arrows are for navigating through songs. This doesn’t make spinning cursor.
Just avoid of Up/Down keys, use Left/Right until this bug is fixed.
Hi,
we are very sorry. It has been fixed and will be attached to the next Pre-Release (3.0.34/2.2.134) coming this Friday.
See you,
Michael.
Thank you, Arthur, I meant the up/down arrows.
All 4 arrows are part of my workflow while I`m rehearsing.
Thank you, Michael ! I just wanted to bring back that topic and it´s very kind that you take care ![]()
This is great news, thank you
