VST Live Pre-Releases 3.0.17 and 2.2.97 are available

Hi,

it was a busy week - thank you again for your help!

This build contains only a small set of bug fixes this time, but we decided to release it anyway since it’s Friday

You can download them here.
Version history is here.

Have a nice weekend,
Michael

Oh! we all love fixes

@musicullum : Video Director Window now shows all sources again, perfectly  Do you still have that weird HD video I’ve sent for testing a few weeks ago? (Astronaut).

You can probably see it on your computer: If opening it via Track VideoMon it’s - relative ok BUT on VD-Monitor it gets sticky (roll to 00:47 and start looking from there.

Bug in 3.0.16 and 3.0.17

When you turn off snap to grid, you can’t move the track; it bounces back. This applies to 3.0.17 and 3.0.16. Using Windows 11

Sorry about that - it was a side effect of another bug fix. The issue is now fixed and has been pushed to the next Pre-Release (3.0.18 / 2.2.98).

Could you please give it a try once that build is available?

Thank you,
Michael.

Hi!

Since installing Version 3.0.17, the video preview shows one half of the video source.

The video director monitor now stays opened when changing songs, this is good so far, but it doesn’t show any video. I‘m a bit frustrated to have spend the money in this version.

Experiencing that too

I have video preview shifted 1/4 down, not a half as for others. It’s recorded video here:

Additionally - recorded video playse twice as fast (ends in the middle of clip and stuck on last frame), but imported video - 2 times slower.

Now reinstalled 3.0.16 and there imported video plays okay, preview is shifted, and recorded video plays faster.

… thank you for pointing to that one. We have found the issue and fixed it. The fill will be avaiable with the next Pre-Release (3.0.18/2.2.98) coming next Friday.

See you,
Michael.

Thank you very much for that. Of course, I will report on how it works.

Can I get more Information for that issue? That’s what i am doing to get it reproduced.

  1. Start VST Live, New Project
  2. Select TRACKS, add Video Track and a Video File
  3. Add New Project
  4. Select TRACKS, add Video Track and a Video File
  5. Select Song #1
  6. Open Video Director
→ It shows the video of [2]
  7. Select Song #2
→ It shows the video of [4]

What am I missing?

Thank you,
Michael.
