Just purchased with the Feb Deal offer. So now setting about learning more.
Quick question clearly the concept is about taking the show on the road, which usually means laptop installs.
Is the software self contained in that it won’t interfere with other audio software or settings used on a static “studio” machine if installed there for testing and educational purposes.
And what is that other little utility which comes with “Live” used for, is it a testing script type utility?
Regards the other little utility I see its called VST Viewer, so just trying to find out its function before I install VST Live onto my studio machine.
hey, but I’m using it boot on macOS, Win11… earning money on booth computers and VSTL didn’t screwed up any of my setups so far… (meanwhile I have regular recovery backups from booth)
Thanks for that. Whilst I’m reasonably familiar with Cubase and Wavelab behaviours my new activity into the workings of Wavelab Cast 2 and VST Live are going to need a bit more relearning, so proceeding with care lol.
System backups are always there, a golden rule from my early career as a computer security analyst in the 1980’s. As an oldie its all this intelligent programming malarkey which get me. Im still used to setting my file parameters manually so I always knew where the file would be. But hey Im told that’s progress lol.
