VST Loop Set Dubstep not showing in Cubase

I’ve installed LOOP SET DUBSTEP via Library Manager but I can find it anywhere in Cubase or Media Bay.
Analog, Bloom, Lofi Dreams, Night Call, Noir etc are all visable and working
