Indeed, they are. They also capture and save configurations and control room presets in Cubase 15, see here. Maybe there’s even more but there’s no update on the manual, as usual. So it all boils down to tribal knowledge once again 
However, well done Steinberg! Cubase 15 also took care of Control Room presets getting lost, an issue that has been bugging me for many years. Now, they are also saved within the profile as it looks. Good for us - a double safety net.
