VST transit is just black

Just purchased the 12 month plan and I cannot login to VST transit. The screen is just black. I use Cubase 10.5 on a W7 platform.

Any idea of what is wrong?

I have the very same problem, even after upgrading to 11 Pro. I do not get a log in screen, only a black screen that does say VST Transit on the border of the window. If I come up with anything to fix this, I will share it with you, and I hope you will do the same.

I have decided to ditch VST transit. It was a piece of crap and a complete rip-off. Switched to sync.com and it works perfect for sharing files.
