VST3 Plugin registration form?

Hi folks…
Where can I get the form that I have to fill in for registering my VST3 plugin?
Is that the license agreement form?
I remember reading about it somewhere…There was an email link but the form itself?

If you are talking about the license agreement for distributing VST 3 plug-in : check here What are the licensing options - VST 3 Developer Portal
This has to be fill only one time for your “company”.
You do not have to register a specific VST3 plug-in UID… Like it was for VST2

Hi Yvan, thank you for your time, I saw the form(VST3_License_Agreement.pdf) inside the vst3sdk folder.
I don’t know why I overlooked it… to busy coding…
