VSTi Mute Automation - breaks solo

I have try to log this before with C12 & C13 , also ask Gregg on a YouTube QA . problem still in C14 . I now have a simple Project I can share to show this .

If you have any Muted automation on a VSTi you can not use solo without having to do a deactivate solo every time . Or am I missing something here?
