VSTL 2.03 : can't add PCs, CCs, notes in list editor in blank midi event

Created a MIDI track and drew in an empty event. Selected it.
Launched the List editor (empty as expected).
Can’t add a PC or CC (using +) if a first note hasn’t first been recorded (or drawn in the lower zone).
Is this as expected ?

I sometimes get this, seems to resolve if I close and re-open VST live. Guess a glitch?

You most probably forgot to set the play cursor to the start of (or inside) the event. MIDI messages are inserted at the current play position. Tried it, no problem.
