Hi, I’ve used CubaseLee5 with HaLion 1 for 3-5 years. Then I started to feel the world is a bit boring, so wanted some change… I asked customer service, and they recommended me QBase Elements 9.5 to buy and download. Well, now I’ve successfully done, my license is also working, but when I try to open the program I’ve got the following error messages:
VSTSCANNERMASTER FOR VST 3 IS NOT FOUND…
then
MEDIASERVICE COMPONENT IS MISSING…
then
no sound, no speakers, no input/output and at the studio-setup
there is a big red “!” next to the VST system, that is basically missing
I am not a computer-genius, but would like to make my new program complete and ready to use ASAP.
Can anybody help in the solution, please?
