Waiting for audio engine continues to fail

After removing suspect files from my iMac (2017) Dorico was opening fine. But the waiting for audio engine stall began again. It has failed to open a couple of times. I repeated the routine with he Activity Monitor and force quitting and Dorico opened quickly. I could just always force quit Dorico but that doesn’t resolve the underlying issue.

There have been a couple of other anomalies that may or may not be related:

The available VSTs in Play has changed. For example, I’m no longer able to open the standalone Garritan CFX piano. I can open the Aria player and access it there but with fewer options for customizing the piano. Native Instruments doesn’t show all of my libraries.

Some self-created Keyboard Commands have reverted to defaults. I had re-assigned the numeral keys for durations to Finale and yesterday it had returned to the defaults. I know I didn’t accidentally hit Reset to Factory because other KCs I’ve created were still working.

The Dorico Diagnostic zipped file was too big to attach. Where can I send it?

Thank you!

Gary
