My experience (upgrading from Cubase Pro 10.5 on Windows):

Activation server is not working.

Cubase 11 did not migrate my Cubase 10.5 KeyCommands, Control Room or other presets.

Bad customer experience.

Hi,

Try to delete new Cubase 11 preferences folder and start it again. Hopefully it will be migrated now. Or you can just rename the preferences folder form Cubase 10.5 to Cubase 11.

Thanks Martin. Yes I finally found the relevant user/appdata directories and will try some file deleting/moving/importing.

But it’s not ideal is it?

Cubase Preferences folders are:
Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/Cubase X
Win: %appData% Steinberg/Cubase _X__64

Seems like it happens every single upgrade for me. Worst part of upgrading.
