every time I open Cubase I get the same warning message and send it through to Steinberg. i tried last time to get rid of third party see if this helped, opened latest version. and today get the same message , can anyone explain why I am getting this?
it is very frustrating how Steinberg do not help.

i did get some Unison third party stuff like chord genie etc. and wasn’t sure which place to add these , maybe i put them in wrong place anyone advise me please?

i have a feeling when i downloaded unison chord genie etc i didn’t know where to put them, folder wise so guessed how do i remove anything that is in wrong place and which folder does one put tp plug ins into?
I’ve looked through and found my unison folder is located in program files (86) same place vas download assistant folder. see screenshots.

do i need to move them?
A crash dump is listed in the above screen shot. Can you post it here so we can have a look?

Look at the path where the dialog suggests to send the created error log to Steinberg. Use the Windows Explorer to find the file. Then you can just drag’n’drop it into the editor of this forum, which you see when replying to this message.
This file is listed on the screenshot:
C/Users/UserPC/Documents/Steinberg/CrashDumps/Cubase 15.0.10 64bit2026.2.27 0.30.11.721.dmp
Navigate to that location and you’ll see the file.
Post it here or, if it’s too big, send it to Dropbox or similar and post the link here.
