Wavelab 11 - Keyboard Language and Shortcuts

Dear all,
I’m running WL11 setup to interface language English on a WIN10 PRO US machine using a German QWERTZ-Keyboard (identifier 0x00000407). As a consequence, many WL keyboard shortcuts do not match and are even inaccessible w/o correction in the shortcut preferences.

Two questions arise from this inconvenience:

  1. Is there a way to load a different (and already existing) shortcuts-keymap independently from changing the language of the entire software?
  2. Is there a general export/import function for (personalized) shortcut-mappings?

The shortcut does not depend on the language (but they sometimes depend on Windows vs Mac).
The custom shortcuts are saved in this file:
\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\WaveLab Pro 12\Preferences\KeyShortcuts.dat
This means this can be saved or exchanged with somebody else.
