I am am guessing that the audio engine in 11 is the same as 10 … correct?
BTW, I have just mastered my first single in 11 today. Rock solid on the current build of Windows 10. Thank you kindly.
Not sure what you call “audio engine”, which is a bit generic notion.
What I can say, is that the montage audio system has been much reworked to allow plugin parallel processing (when possible) and more generally, to improve performances.
This is both for playback and rendering.
In WaveLab 11.0.10, there will be even further speed-ups for rendering, when plugins are not used.
