Wavelab 12 crashes when I read a 44.1khz rendering of a 96khz edit

Hi

I use Wavelab 12 with a Lynx Hilo. When I edit at 96khz and render at 44.1khz, a new tab opens with the audio file. When I want to play it, I hear the relay on my interface change sample rate and Wavelab 12 crashes.

is this normal?

The crash is never normal. The problem is probably caused by the interaction with the Audio driver. Are you on Mac or Windows? Maybe try to increase this value:
