I’ve been mastering some Atmos ADM files (thank you for finally implementing this!), and wavelab is crashing on me- it seems to be the Sonnox Inflator plugin. Even if I save the project right before, I cannot open it again, and it doesn’t even show up in recent in the opening dialog window…this is causing me to have to start from scratch, which sucks if I haven’t saved the plugin chain. I’d rather not have to ditch the Inflator plugin, as it’s really helping to get my Atmos master to sound like the stereo master.
Mac Mini M4 OS 15.6.1, Wavelab 13.0.0
Edit: I updated Sonnox Inflator from 4.00 to 4.02, so hopefully that helps
Hi PG, thanks for the quick response. I have it inserted in an “output” slot before the renderer. I attached a pic. I did update Inflator from 4.00 to 4.02, and so far it hasn’t crashed again,
Hi @PG1, congrats for the new features and workflow improvements.
There are some (enough actually) plugins from Acustica Audio that will crash Wavelab 13 while trying to load them at the master section of the Audio editor or even at the audio Montage (clip - track - output) .
The subject is that I use exactly the same plugins without issues on Wavelab 12.
Has something changed in the programming that creates these incompatibilities?
There are always things that change, but normally this is for the better
Do you have any crash log so that I know if the crash happens in the plugin or in WaveLab?
