Wavelab 7 Extreme clipping in the red - Mac High Sierra

Hi Everyone!

Hope you guys can shine some light?

Have connected the REC OUT from my dj mixer into Line Inputs 3 & 4 of my iConnectivity audio4+ USB audio interface…

My levels are instantly in the red after I click the Red record button and launch the recording window…

Have included a couple of snapshots below:

Hope someone can possibly diagnose the situation…

I know Wavelab 7 is not supported in Mac 10.13 but it used to work fine…

Have you installed the latest eLicenser and Wavelab 7 updates?

Thanks for replying!

Have updated both but still in the extreme red…

I think it might be something wrong with the inputs of my audio interface…

This also occurs in Ableton and Cubase…

Found this post from Amazon…

Maybe install the latest firmware or contact their support.
