so i was wondering can you use wavelab as a vsti or plugin.? And if so can some one please tell me how? thank u for your time
Wavelab is a sample editor. Cubase has it’s own editor, however, you can select Wavelab or any other (supported) editor in stead, so when you select to edit a wave file in Cubase, Grooveagent or HALion, it will be opened in Wavelab in stead of the regular native editor. You can kinda see it as a sort of plugin, but it is not a separate virtual instrument, more an added toolkit.
Wavelab has apparently better options for sound file editing, however, I do not use it.
Hope this helps.
