Wavelab 8 (Boxed vs. Download) ?

Hi,

I noticed that the boxed version of Wavelab 8 is in short supply at the moment.

Would I be missing any content that would be in the boxed version, if I purchased the download version ? or are they exactly the same thing, except for the box, and DVD. ?

I will be getting the Wavelab 7 to Wavelab 8 upgrade.

Thanks for the feedback.

I will just buy the download upgrade. Easier, faster to get, and no wasted materials, or shipping fee needed.
