everything updated on all ends. version 12.0.51.15. every time I open a UADx plugin wavelab crashes. anyone else experiencing crashes from plugin selection? Is this being addressed?

Yes, it a known issue that UAD plugins are not stable. You can search this forum for other examples.
You will have to ask UAD. They do not list WaveLab as one of the platforms they support, either.
