Wavelab E 7 audio settings issue coreaudio 003 protools 8

need help, just installed WL E 7 on mac os x and cant seem to get the audio setting to work, it reads digidisign 1 & 2 and those are the settings i have in wavelab but no play back, it keep saying

I am running on Mac os x 10.6.8
3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

"The audio streaming configuration is not properly set (see ‘Audio Streaming Settings’ from the Options menu).

any ideas whats going on? is there a fix for it or a update?
