hello Forum, a fewdays ago i updated wavelab elements 10 to 11, downloaded with the steinberg assistant, no problem, until i tried to open it, then it asked me for activation code, i did not think i needed one for an update. but i was not sent one i checked my email a few times, nothing !!! i dont understand ,have i done something wrong??
If you didn’t actually purchase the update, you won’t get the program to run until you make the purchase.
It’s very easy to confuse the Download Access Code with the Activation Code that you enter into the eLicenser program which allows the software to open and run.
