Not sure what I am doing wrong here, but when I attempt to use the “export to SoundCloud” function with 64-bit Wavelab Elements 9.5.15 (build 45) under 64-bit Windows 10 v1803 (build 17134.285), it results in an “Internal program error. Error code: 1055” error. Tried googling for “steinberg upload manager” and “1055” to no avail.
Also, it didn’t work at all, didn’t register an error or anything when I first tried to use it with my default web browser Vivaldi. It was only after changing my default browser to Chrome, trying to upload through Chrome (and getting the error there), and then changing my default settings back to Vivaldi would it try to connect to Vivaldi for authentication and subsequent pass-off to Steinberg Upload Manager.
I tried disabling my firewall, again to no avail. Any suggestions?
Are you saying you can log in with Chrome, but it fails on upload? You should probably also update to latest Wavelab Elements to see if that changes anything. Downloads | Steinberg
