Wavelab export for Apple Music

W12 on Windows. What settings are closest to Apple AAC - not lossless necessarily, just high quality AAC. I see the Wavelab preset is CBR 128. Surely Apple AAC (if it’s not lossless) is higher than this? What’s ‘Low Complexity’? I know I can edit the settings. When I look at the files in my Music library they mostly identify as ‘Available’ formats (as I have a subscription), or 320 VBR MP3s (from my studio). What do you do - use Music to convert a WAV?
I found this article which has an interesting fact " The MP3 specification, although antiquated, has proven surprisingly robust in spite of considerable flaws. AAC and HE-AAC are better than MP3 at low bit rates (typically less than 128 kilobits per second). This is especially true at very low bit rates where the superior stereo coding, pure MDCT, and more optimal transform window sizes leave MP3 unable to compete. However, as bit rate increases, the efficiency of an audio format becomes less important relative to the efficiency of the encoder’s implementation, and the intrinsic advantage AAC holds over MP3 no longer dominates audio quality.

The Operating system AAC encoder is used by WaveLab. This means on Windows, you are limited to what Windows offer. On Mac, you have access to higher quality AAC encoding.
