Hi all,
New to the forum. I got the download access code with my new Zoom H5 and I keep getting this message when I try to initiate the download. “kein AC”.
I was able to download the Cubase software without any problems and installation and activation was a breeze. Its just the Wavelab is proving difficult.
Any ideas?

UPDATE
For some reason unknown to me, the problem has fixed itself. Access code has worked and activation is done.
