What makes Wavelab rescan all the VST3 plugins? I think the last time I used it was yesterday or at most the day before. However, I just opened it and it spent a couple of minutes scanning every single plugin.
Now, the only thing I can think of is that this morning I opened Native Access and there was an update to Kontakt 8, so I updated it. But let’s say that the Kontakt 8 VST3 plugin changed, why does Wavelab have to scan every single plugin and not just the one that doesn’t have the same date and time as before, or whatever it uses to validate?
